No elevators limit room choices!!! The cleaning process lacks thoroughness, a room spray would be ideal for the stale scent!!! Minor maintenance oversights affect comfort, like curtains falling off the rail and unreliable TV remotes!!!

I absolutely loved lounging by the outdoor swimming pool! The garden area was a perfect slice of nature where I enjoyed my morning coffee. Plus, the staff made me feel right at home with their welcoming smiles and helpfulness.

I really loved how close the park was, perfect for a morning stroll, and I found the statue of Benito Juarez just a short walk away, making it easy to soak up the local culture and history during my stay. the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and gave great service throughout.

We loved the easy access to nearby attractions like the zoo, which made our family trip enjoyable. Plus, staying with our non-service dog was a breeze, with plenty of open space for them to roam around.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available, especially during evenings.

The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the zoo and enjoy local attractions. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle, which was super helpful. We had a great night's sleep and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Just bring some extra blankets since it can get chilly at night.

We faced an issue with the AC not working properly when it was really hot. it took a while to get fixed, which affected our comfort.

The staff’s warm hospitality made checking in a delight. Despite our room being in a busy area, the friendliness of the team left a positive imprint.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled in the heat. We found it difficult to sleep comfortably at night with the rising temperatures. This could use improvement.

We had amazing breakfasts and a clean, nice room during our stay. The brunch was definitely the highlight, and kudos to staff for returning my forgotten license!

calafia is in a great location for business. the breakfast buffet was fantastic and really set us up for the day. the pool area was nice, and there’s plenty of parking. having an italian restaurant on-site was a major plus too! plus, the park nearby is perfect for walking my dog.
